With my 1:1 coaching, itβs not just a programβitβs a full-on partnership. We team up to focus on your specific goals, whether thatβs fat loss, building muscle, or just feeling like your healthiest, most confident self.
From day one, we dive into your lifestyle, your schedule, and whatβs been holding you back so I can piece together your custom plan: workouts you actually enjoy, macros that make sense for you, and habits that help you build lasting change (never just quick fixes).
Because I pour so much into each of my girls, I only open a few spots each month. Itβs just me over here, one coach & one woman, giving my all to each individual client of mine. Most of my clients stick with me for about a year, and we usually start with a 6-month package to really build momentum. Package pricing depends on how long we work together, so weβll hop on a quick call to see if itβs the right fit and go over all the details before we make anything official.

I will set a daily nutrition goal for you and you will have the ability to log everything you eat! You can also take pictures of each meal for me to view! I will provide a meal plan for you with lots of recipe ideas within your goals.

I'll be your accountability partner. Weekly check-ins ensure progress on your journey! This includes progress photos, measurements, and body weight weekly updates! Once you submit your digital check in, I send you video feedback with tips, support, analysis, and more on a weekly basis!

You will have personal messaging with Coach Bella as well as access to different community group chats to keep you motivated! I'm here to answer questions, give you feedback on form videos, make restaurant menu suggestions, the list goes on! I am here for you every step of the way!

I am 5β11 and was always that βtall girlβ throughout middle school & high school.
I graduated college in 3 years with a double major in Marketing & Management with plans to enter the corporate world post-college. Turns out, that wasnβt for me!
I grew up super holisticβ my mom and dad were βgranolaβ as some call it and engrained into my sister and I why taking care of yourself is so important at a very young age! Iβm incredibly thankful for them.

My Journeyβ¦
Starting in the modeling industry at 16, I was constantly trying to lose weight, eat less, and shrink every measurement of my body. This toxic spiral brought me to an extremely unhealthy state and a place I knew I never want to go back to. My body was depleted, exhausted, and I had a horribly toxic relationship with food. It was in that low point that I made the decision to change my lifestyle and become that girl I have always aspired to be.
My coaching strategy is to not only give you all the tools you need to live a successful, healthy, and balanced life, but to also SHOW you how to use those tools and completely integrate them into your lifestyle. I will teach you how to form balanced habits that will allow your discipline to shine brighter than your motivation.
